@PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_ @consumerforum_ @JagoGrahakJago_ @airindiain for what reason AirIndia taking the charges or penalties for canceling our flight ticket which was in the duration of lockdown. When yhe flight was not operated then airlines must pay our full refund.

@ConsumerCourt_ @consumerforum_ @JagoGrahakJago_ and as I had conversation with @airindiain they are saying that I book my ticket using @makemytrip so AirIndia cannot refund directly, AirIndia is ready for refund our amount but my booking was done with MMT, so MMT will do refund.
