Booked Del–BLR flight for 22nd. Airline cancelled it due to operational reason, I opted for a refund. I paid ₹6061 but refund shows ₹5,061. Why ₹1000 is being deducted when the cancellation isn’t from my side?

Either the customer support is not available or the IVR is giving standard pre recorded response again n again. Extremely disappointed with how the issue is taken care of.
