@TheEvEngineer@AutoPap@au_tom_otive I have a feeling it's just about making a profit from something people believe is indispensable - ICE or EV, they still run on fuel, and that's where the real money is for them.
And they know they'll get away with it too.
@ArthurCarling@DrMarianaClaire@EssexPR "Any proof? Thought not"
As a general rule, you're meant to give people an opportunity to respond.
You didn't even let them get to the end of your own sentence.
@L_A_D_J@Postrider497162@EmmaSzewczak I think it's a fertility thing - probably messes with people's heads a bit. I mean, I'm child-free, but I'm still a bit curious as to whether I've got it in me.
@Postrider497162@L_A_D_J@EmmaSzewczak It's the other things you state that undermine you on this issue. It's not an attack on your character.
People want to have sex and not have the inconvenience of getting pregnant. This is one of the options. Other forms of contraception are available. Your mileage may vary etc.
@SaferRoadsYorks@The_Clive_Smart Regardless of what the law says, it's just bad driving. Given the arrows are in both directions and so close together, that tells me that's a section of road I really need to be paying attention on, giving other road users plenty of space and time, and driving predictably.
@The_Clive_Smart@SaferRoadsYorks The markings on the road (SLOW and the arrows) make clear that there's about to be a no overtaking section, and for anyone already overtaking to complete their manoeuvre. The vehicle is clearly overtaking after passing these arrows.
The position of the gender-critical community appears to that a woman who has abnormal levels of testosterone should be considered male for legal and practical purposes, which has some fascinating implications that I don't think they've thought through.
