@virginmedia - why is it after an 18 month contract, you increase my monthly price by 4.5X, yet offer hugely discounted offers to new customers. Your CS says new customers get better deals and that’s the way it is. Really poor retention strategy…
@virginmedia No. You have not emailed me any paperwork or sent it to me. I asked it to be resent and nothing yet. I have no confirmation of the contract yet money has been taken
@virginmedia just signed up to a new broadband service with you. Not supposed to start for 4 weeks but I’ve now been charge £25 for an O2 sim that should be free. 5 of your CS agents have not been able to help so then transferred me or hung up. Can someone please call me and help
@virginmedia Gig1 fibre. I’ve been on the phone to you all morning. I’ve just been hung up on AGAIN. @O2 said they have no record of my account despite having taken money from me. This is really unbelievable.
@sainsburys cancelled my order 2hrs after due time and took me 55 mins to speak to Cst services. Asked me to place order again. After asking your agent to do it for me, they placed the same order but it’s £8 more. Still on hold. This is a joke.
@sainsburys I just got off the phone with your team. They said that I have to just hope for the best that the order will come tomorrow and if there’s any issues phone back. For another huge wait time. Sorry but this is unacceptable. Can you provide a different outcome?
@AmexUK your customer service team refuse to connect me with a manager. It’s been more than 5 days. They are now saying 35 days wait. I WILL LOSE MY HOUSE!! I beg you, please can someone just help me. I don’t know what else to do. How can you be this cruel?
@AmexUK@AskAmexUK I’ve been waiting for a manager to call me back for 2 days. I desperately need this resolved but every time I call customer services they will not help me. I can’t believe the impact this is having.
@AmexUK completely screwed me. Incorrectly refunded me then charged back. CST service said chargeback was an error and to ignore. 3 weeks later manager said it was correct and I had to pay. I did. Now I have a default on credit file and can’t get a mortgage. No one will help me!
@DFS delivered me a damaged sofa, late! As requested I’ve been emailing for over a week to get a resolution and you’re just ignoring me. Been on hold for 50mins and still no answer or resolution. Can someone help me?
@BoxMenswear please can you respond? My order was shipped 23/11 and still hasn’t arrived. You have not responded to my email or dm on social channels. Regardless of delays you should provide updates to your customers.
@DFS I’ve been disconnected twice trying to call you today. Your sales team phoned us three times to sell us a sofa saying that if we ordered now we would get the sofa for Christmas or just after. Now lead time is massively delayed and you have dropped the price. Unacceptable.
@JustEatUK ordered from you the other day. Food missing and cold. Your customer service team have tried to transfer me 4 times to a third party only to disconnect me from the call. How can I speak to someone? Such bad service.
