@flyPAL It's been more than a year and you still haven't refunded my flight which was cancelled March last yr due to the pandemic! I have called and emailed multiple times but no help or solution has been given.

@flyPAL Initially requested for a refund last august 2020 thru hotline and email. I have been following it up every 2 months via hotline and email as well. The flight was for 2 tickets, but only 1 ticket was refunded last July 2020. The 2nd ticket has yet to been refunded.
