So the “ceasefire” would effectively cede southern Lebanon to Israel without any promise by Israel to stop attacking.
Hezbollah has declined this offer.
🚨My latest:
The UN has now verified rapes of Palestinians by Israeli forces.
But almost three years after 7 October, it still cites no Israeli rape victims.
This exposes how atrocity propaganda was laundered through the UN to justify genocide

In just two months, Israeli attacks in Lebanon have killed at least 3468 people, including:
244 children
128 medical workers
333 women
Israel attacks have also damaged at least 17 hospitals.
this week, pro-Israel lawmakers in Congress are inserting measures into various "must pass" National Security bills to effectively try and bury US-Israel cooperation underground, where it can be protected from nefarious forces like "accountability" and "oversight"

Members of Congress have quietly advanced an alarming proposal: to further fuse the U.S. and Israeli militaries via sharing data, co-producing weapons, and integrating AI, cyber, and autonomous systems.
It’s buried in the House NDAA as Section 224, and it would give Israel deeper military integration with the U.S. than any country in the world, including NATO allies.
The move would also shield the relationship from public scrutiny by shifting it from visible aid votes into the opaque machinery of defense acquisition, where oversight is limited and political accountability is minimal.

🇨🇺 Cuba has done it again.
Meet VAXIRA® — a therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by Cuban and Argentine scientists that helps the immune system recognise and destroy lung cancer cells. Approved in both Cuba and Argentina for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
🔬 It works by mimicking a molecule found on cancer cells but almost entirely absent in healthy human tissue — meaning it targets tumours with remarkable precision and very few side effects.
📊 Clinical trials showed a significant improvement in survival for advanced lung cancer patients, with 1-year survival nearly doubling compared to the control group. Real-world data shows median survival of up to 24.5 months in maintenance therapy.
💉 Minimal side effects. Suitable for long-term use. Affordable and accessible — unlike many Western immunotherapies that price patients out of treatment.
And in 2025, VAXIRA® received Cuba's National Technological Innovation Award. All of this achieved by a country under decades of US economic blockade.
The United States spends billions on cancer research. Cuba, under sanctions, develops vaccines the world hasn't seen before. 🇨🇺🔬

Steven Simon's report on the future of US military aid to Israel.
Here is his summary.
"It concludes that assistance is likely to be phased out, but that it will be replaced by financial flows through the Pentagon's procurement and R&D channels.
This is a deft move to keep assistance moving despite dwindling US public support. It has two implications: As the contracts regulating the flow proliferate, the more entwined the US and Israeli militaries will be; and by moving the money from the State Department's budget to the Defense Department's, it removes this highly consequential part of the US-Israeli relationship from the oversight of Congressional committees responsible for US foreign policy as well as from public view.
The devil is in the details, so the report is not a short read. But it's pretty snappy, so give it a try.

A judge has ruled that corporations can vote in some Delaware elections.
Delaware Superior Court Judge Craig Karsnitz said the town of Fenwick Island was not diluting human votes by allowing companies and other legal entities that own property to cast votes in municipal elections.
These "legal entities" and corporations make up about 12% of registered voters in the town.
In total Delaware has far more corporations chartered in the state than residents.
Judge Karsnitz rejected the constitutional arguments of the ACLU, including the claim that "entity" or corporate voting dilutes the political power of living people.
