@SiDawson Thanks. The plant itself is very impressive but as one who was a keen photographer before digital, what really blows my mind, is camera tech nowadays. Couldn't in my wildest dreams have thought what is possible now from something the size of a novella.

@tescomobile @clairefweir the thing is, this shouldn't be all on my time. Some of it yes, that's fair (3days, 5days) all good. But it should be taken seriously and good contact with the customer should happen rather than this ramshackle approach. Being told different things etc.

It pretty much explains the whole mess and aside from my suggestion Kareem also had a good idea near the end.

. @tescomobile @clairefweir also btw, last Wednesday I was told Friday is the end of the investigation and you would call me. Never did, I had to call you. Friday I was told today 3 October was the actual end and you would call me... today... 4 more days.

@tescomobile Yup! Been 5 working days since the 23rd!
Anyway, actually got an email from (concerns management team) just now (excuse the South African 'just now' but it works.
Apparently someone will call me tomorrow to update me. Which is a joke isn't it... 'just keep waiting dude' et al!!
