I lost my car’s front HSRP plate. FIR filed & replacement ordered, but delivery will take 3 weeks. Due to ongoing medical situation, I would need car so can I temporarily use the old front plate till the new one arrives?

My dad (84+, ret. defense srvc) with pension Ac with SBI noticed that WITHOUT his consent 1.88 Lac has been moved into some auto FD. Question is - who gave SBI the authority to harass a super senior citizen and move his money without HIS CONCENT
