Major life trap: Getting your dopamine from information gathering. Dopamine from information is a dangerous drug. Your entire life will change the moment you stop looking for more information and start acting on the information you already have. Get your dopamine from action.
Major cheat code for life: Finishing things. The world is full of half-written books, half-built businesses, and half-kept promises. You stand out by closing loops. By showing up. By doing what you said you’d do. Anyone can start, but few have the courage to finish.
Using Grok Voice in Tesla is a game-changer. The models are trained on the latest info, so on my commute I just ask: 'give me recent AI dev news.' It serves up updates instantly, then I dive into the specific blogs or topics I care about. Super powerful.

I’m slowly beginning to accept that my productivity, when working with AI coding agents, is limited by my human brain.
AI can do many tasks in parallel, but I can only track the context of a few, so I only run a few tasks at a time.
I am the bottleneck.
OpenAI has just quietly released OpenAI Academy
You can learn basically any AI knowledge or skill with videos and events.
This platform already has dozens of hours of content and is free.

Will AI take your job?
If you worked this past weekend, no.
If you only work / think about work during “work hours”, then yes, AI will take your job. You’ve already expressed you don’t really enjoy what you do—and AI will be able to do it faster, cheaper, and with less suffering than you.
But if you worked this past weekend, because you couldn’t get an idea out of your head on how to do your job even better, you’re safe.
You love what you do.
AI can work, but it can’t love, nor innovate.
The specific area I’m talking about is engineering, which is needed to build the best technology.
Encouraging kids to learn how things work is the key.
Take apart car engines, toasters, microwave ovens, speakers, etc. Make model airplanes, rockets, cars. As you’re doing this and pushing the envelope, you naturally learn physics and engineering along the way.

.@imVkohli , the master of run-chases, breaks down his winning mindset in a brilliant chat today with @GautamGambhir.
(The same mindset applies to chasing any goal in life.)
"Biggest for all of us being in this environment is we want to win. And from that motivation, everything starts working backwards.
I've had many young guys come to me and ask me, how do you do the calculation in a chase?
I always tell them for me a chase has always been clarity. You know exactly what you need to do.
And if your motivation is to win, you will find a way.
You can't say this is the way I play and great if you get to the result.
For me, it's always been I want the result first, and if that requires me to play aggressive trick and I' play aggressive, it requires me to run, I'll run, it requires me to play shots on the ground. I will play shots on the ground. If it requires me to leave the ball for three hours, I will leave the balls for three hours.
And I guess if you don't want that that victory so badly, you will not be able to work out the solutions."
