@Uber_India I booked a cash ride paid for it in cash. Uber app still shows "unpaid trip" & "finalize payment". Customer support is useless. I didn't pay "extra cash". Nor is the trip unpaid. Please remove this from my account else I'm unable to book further rides.

@happyeasygo DMing you on Facebook, Twitter, nothing helps. You even fraudulently close grievances raised on Consumer Helpline. I have been after this refund from the last 3 months and emailed as well as DMed you all my details and you want the same details all over again!

@MoCA_GoI Even though Indigo gave a written confirmation of the refund, @happyeasygo is not issuing the refund for PNR OHPDPP. Their customer service is not reachable and they fraudulently closed the grievance I raised on INGRAM. Please help!

@Uber charges me double my flat fare and then makes excuses like "you were shown the price before you booked" and "you took a detour" when both are false claims. For proof, here are the receipts for two trips at similar times and the EXACT same route.
