@MyntraSupport @myntra a customer care agent confirmed that he has created a return for me, yet no return was created and now the product is out of return window. Now I have been told that nothing can be done. Being an ICON member and getting this sort of support is horrible

I booked a Baleno for 31 Aug 9 AM to 1 Sep 9 AM. The host informed me the car was unavailable the night before, forcing me to reschedule. Why was I charged ₹1052 for rescheduling when it was the host's fault? I demand a refund.
