@WalmartCanada worst customer service I have ever experienced. my next day photos were not done. and the store never answered their phone. when I went there, the photo machine was broken and told to call customer service to get my order rerouted. on hold for 4 hours total

got through to employee Kanika who would not reroute my order until she talked to grandview store which did not answer her call for the hour she tried. I asked to speak to her manager but was told he was in a “2 hour meeting”. the post call survey conveniently got disconnected.
