I get feedback that I am too blunt. Possibly a gender thing, but sometimes a bit of 'fluff' helps get the message across better.

I don't think an MBA is relevant to a career in Product particularly. I've certainly never seen any job descriptions preferring one or known any great product people that say it's a must.
