🤲 Une invocation complète de protection

🌿 Ne cherche pas seulement la richesse et la réussite ; demande aussi à Allah la « ʿāfiyah » : la préservation, la sécurité et le bien-être dans ta religion et ta vie. 🤲

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ: فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي، وَمَالِي، اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِي، وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِي، اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْنِي مِنْ بَينِ يَدَيَّ، وَمِنْ خَلْفِي، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي، وَعَنْ شِمَالِي، وَمِنْ فَوْقِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِعَظَمَتِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِي»

« Ô Allah, je Te demande le pardon et la préservation dans ce bas monde et dans l’au-delà. Ô Allah, je Te demande le pardon et la préservation dans ma religion, ma vie d’ici-bas, ma famille et mes biens. Ô Allah, couvre mes défauts et apaise mes craintes. Ô Allah, protège-moi devant moi, derrière moi, à ma droite, à ma gauche et au-dessus de moi. Et je cherche refuge auprès de Ta grandeur contre le fait d’être atteint subitement par-dessous moi. »

📚 Source et authenticité

Cette invocation est rapportée par ʿAbdullah ibn ʿUmar رضي الله عنهما. Il rapporte que le Prophète ﷺ ne délaissait pas ces invocations lorsqu’il entrait dans le matin et lorsqu’il entrait dans le soir.

📖 Sunan Abî Dâwûd, n° 5074
Elle est également rapportée par Ibn Mâjah (3871) et Ahmad (4785).

Al-Albânî l’a authentifiée (صحيح).

🌟 Ses mérites

Cette invocation est particulièrement riche puisqu’elle demande à Allah :

* 🛡️ la préservation et la sécurité dans ce monde et dans l’au-delà ;
* 🕌 la protection de la religion ;
* 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 la protection de la famille ;
* 💰 la protection des biens ;
* 🤍 qu’Allah couvre nos défauts ;
* ❤️ qu’Il nous protège contre ce qui nous fait peur ;
* 🛡️ une protection de toutes les directions : devant, derrière, droite, gauche et au-dessus.

🌅 Quand la réciter ?

Le hadith indique clairement :

🌙 Le soir

Le Prophète ﷺ ne délaissait pas ces invocations à ces deux moments.
