@andrewgurio I think both are happening. AI has already changed or reduced some roles and tasks, but the bigger impact so far seems to be how jobs are changing rather than entire professions disappearing overnight.

@bartekjagla Exactly. The real danger is not seeing the problem early enough. Good tracking gives you time to fix things before a bad month becomes a bigger problem.
