BAN ON THE FINAL-YEAR SIGN-OUT AND ALL RELATED CELEBRATORY ACTIVITIES WITHIN AND OUTSIDE UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY

The University Management has observed with great concern the increasing incidents of unruly behavior, public disturbance, and other security concerns that have been associated with final year sign-out activities.

While the University final year students' desire to celebrate their last days in school, the safety of lives and properties, security of the University Community and maintenance of peaceful academic environment remain paramount.

Accordingly, all students are hereby directed to refrain from organizing or participating in any sign-out ceremony within and around the University premises and outside Campus.

Any student violating this directive shall be held responsible and may face appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with the University's rules and regulations.

In view of the above, the University Management appreciates the understanding and cooperation of all students in maintaining peace, order, and the good image of the institution.
