No one is saying the First Saudi State is ‘above criticism’ like you claimed, but the pages of history paint a very clear picture as to who was more Islāmic.

The Ottomans dismantled the Sharīʾah, the First Saudi State implemented the Sharīʾah.

The Ottomans lacked the enforcement of Islāmic edifice, whilst the First Saudi State successfully united a region of warring tribes upon dedicated religious practice.

The Ottomans gave away Muslim lands to colonial powers, the First Saudi State didn’t.

After considering all of these facts, it’s laughable how Daniel Haqiqatjou (or anyone for that matter) can call the First Saudi State ‘khawārij’ whilst calling the Ottomans ‘guardians of Sunnī Islām.’
