@whirlpool_india Very poor after-sales service from Whirlpool India. Incomplete washing machine demo, blank unsigned installation report, rude staff & false claim that demo was completed. Escalated to Service Head & CEO but no proper resolution yet. #Whirlpool#ConsumerRights
@Airtel_Presence - I’ve paid for a new DTH connection, including 1 month subscription, but got no response yet.
Now support is asking me to register an email via Airtel Thanks app, which I’m unable to do. Also, my number isn’t recognized on customer care.Please resolve ASAP.
@amazonIN Moreover, trying to contact the agent is difficult as delivery pin is not shown for the orders in the App many times. Your customer service is every difficult to get to as well, had to go through thousands questions before i get hold of an actual person.
@amazonIN what is wrong with your delivery? Your delivery agents do not attempt to deliver and mark the orders as attempted delivery and postpone the delivery for next day. Most of the time they do not even do a doorstep delivery and simply hand it over to the society security.
