“Be like the sun for grace and mercy. Be like the night to cover others' faults. Be like running water for generosity. Be like death for rage and anger. Be like the Earth for modesty. Appear as you are. Be as you appear.”

Lots of interesting topics this year! I'll be giving a talk "Proof Automation and Metaprogramming in CSLib: Locally Nameless Lambda Calculi". There will be both a livestream next week and recordings afterwards on YouTube.
@sarah_zrf @notypes I think program logics and substructural types. Designing assertions in the form of types and defining a denotation from these assertions to the ones in a relevant logic (e.g. separation logic) effectively amounts to an effect system.

I just wish @zulip were less visually unappealing relative to Slack.
Boston / New England friends: come hear me talk about our work on a verified foreign function interface between Coq and C at NEPLS on Friday next week! (I think the registration is still open for another day or two) https://t.co/oeheu27Sax
This Google PM really gets me. The thing I hate the most about conferences is meeting new people, and the solution I'm looking for is to replace myself with an AI.
