The kid murdered in the Bronx is exactly why your kid doesn't deserve cupcakes after misbehaving. Y'all are raising entitled monsters who believe the world revolves around them & have no fear of consequences, and society has to deal with the consequences of your failed parenting!
being a millennial manager is giving feedback like this: “look, I personally dgaf. But I need you to do XYZ so these mfs don’t come saying nothing to me!!!”
@JaysRealityBlog@BravoTV It’s not about being soft (I don’t agree there) . But I do NOT like when ppl yell my name when I’m clearly speaking to someone else. It’s not rough, it’s rude.
One thing about me.
I'm going to survive the plot twist.
I'm a plot twist veteran.
A pivot princess.
A reinvention queen.
A bounce-back baddie.
I'll figure it out.
I think one of the unfortunate things abt being accommodating is that ppl eventually stop recognizing your flexibility as something you're choosing to give them. It becomes the baseline for the relationship. Then the first time you prioritize yourself, you’re demonized
@Smokevibration@OWNTV Don’t believe I said all of that. In general, him and his girl are wrong. In this particular discussion, the woman speaking isn’t innocent. I also don’t live for reality tv and admit that I can be wrong as well. Not asking for your forgiveness, but thanks, I guess 🤗
@TheTOPAZPRINCE@OWNTV “I can’t believe” because I usually don’t. But you’re entitled to your opinion even though you don’t know me from a can of paint. 🤗
Billionaire Tyler Perry gave his own family 60 days to find jobs or lose his financial support. Despite being worth an estimated $1.4 billion, he refused to keep supporting relatives who weren't working.
In the video below, Perry explains why he fired his own aunt and later gave other family members an ultimatum after his mother's death.
He wanted them to become financially independent instead of relying on his fortune.
One aunt regularly called asking for money, and Perry kept sending it until he offered her a job. But she repeatedly called in and failed to show up for work, so he eventually fired her.
His mother had also asked him to support other relatives, and he continued helping them while she was alive. After she died in 2009, Perry sent them letters giving them 60 days to find employment or lose his financial support.
According to Perry, every relative eventually found a job. He didn't care whether the jobs paid well because he wanted them to earn their own money and have something to feel proud of.
Perry also recalled a relative getting angry when he refused to hand over $1 million. He believed that continually giving money to people who refused to work was making their dependence worse.
A billionaire who could afford to support his entire family chose to make them earn their own living.
If you had $1.4 billion, would you keep supporting unemployed relatives or give them the same 60-day ultimatum?
