“Can I bring my baby to the interview?”

The message came in at 11 PM:

“Hi, I have an interview with you tomorrow at 2 PM. My childcare fell through. Can I bring my 8-month-old? I understand if you need to reschedule.”

Old me would have rescheduled.
Unprofessional. Distraction. Red flag.

New me replied:
“Absolutely. See you tomorrow.”

She showed up with her baby on her hip.
She apologized three times before even sitting down.

Ten minutes in, the baby started crying.
She tried to soothe him while answering questions.
She apologized again.

I stopped the interview and said:

“Hey. You’re managing a fussy baby, answering complex questions, and staying calm under pressure. That’s literally the job. Handling chaos while staying professional. You’re already proving you can do it.”

Her eyes filled with tears.

We hired her.

She’s been with us for a year now.
The most reliable team member we have.

Why?

Y hasta aquí 2025. Poca cosa comparado con otros años pero es que el tiempo es el que es. Ha sido un placer escribir estos resúmenes desde 2020, pero con este, se acaba. No habrá más de estos porque me bajo del Twitter.

Pues voy a poner un #hilito de los juegos que he completado en la PS4 durante el 2020 he jugado más que ducharme y como soy muy cavalico cuando me pongo con un juego no empiezo otro hasta que no me lo termino. ¡Vamos allá!

Un año más, resumencito de lo jugado en la PS5. Probablmente el año en el que menos he jugado porque, La Vida© y porque si me voy a la cama a las 22:00 poco hueco me queda para jugar 🤣 Así que vamos allá con el último hilo de videojuegos que voy a hacer

Otro año más sin faltar a la cita del hilo de lo jugado en la PS5 durante todo el año. Grandes decepciones y dropeadas épicas.

Y es bastante regulín. Casi un mes después todavía no me ha enganchado del todo pero creo que hay juego aquí. En breves salgo del puerto y comienzo a visitar otros mapas y a ver si mejora. Es un Dragon Age raro
