In Toopran, Medak district, Telangana, the Waqf Board claimed around 5.8 acres of land as Waqf property.

The local landowners decided to challenge it in the Telangana High Court. They showed their property documents, pattadar passbooks, title documents and revenue records showing their ownership and possession of the land.

The Waqf Board argued that the land had been identified as Waqf property through an earlier survey.

When the Telangana High Court asked for the records, the Waqf Board could not show the required documents, survey records and other important records.

The Telangana High Court therefore removed the Waqf notification covering the land.

You cannot make someone's private land Waqf property simply by putting its name in a Gazette notification. There has to be a proper legal process and proper records to establish why that land is Waqf property.

The landowners fought back, took the matter to court, and finally won the case.

No need to be surprised, most of the so-called atheists in India are like this. The irony is that while several of her old posts are now going viral, she and her father are calling them AI-generated without even deleting them.

And suddenly, all those who are defending her are saying that she is a minor, 15-16 years old. She is just a girl.

If she is mature enough to publicly make such serious and provocative statements about religious beliefs, then she should also be mature enough to face criticism and be held accountable for those statements. Being 15–16 years old cannot automatically make someone immune to criticism.

Age should not be used as a victim card when she has repeatedly made such statements. If she is old enough to express such opinions publicly, she should also be prepared to hear disagreement and criticism.
