@katejsmith_ I wore a one piece or high waisted bottoms when I had my ostomy for support! Also used flange extenders to reinforce the seal! Would also have to change my pouch more frequently when I was swimming a lot! Have fun!

Crohn’s “health maintenance” and PREVENTATIVE procedures/tests/labs SHOULD BE THE SAME THING. It’s not our fault our bodies require more maintenance than others. Our insurance should cover the things we need to manage our condition. 😒
