@MAS@Airbus Then we changed our flight with @quatar and when we contacted them 2 months later they wanted to classify a cancelled flight as a no show. Under protest they offered us a full refund.
@MAS@Airbus I have never experienced such an unfriendly airline as Malaysia with such bad customer service. We actually wanted to fly to Auckland with our child @Mas but our flight was cancelled weeks in advance. No contact, no response on Twitter DMs or publicity posts.

We've been trying to reach Malsia since we canceled our outbound flight yesterday. If you try to call by phone, the hotline simply disconnects the call after 10-30 minutes on hold. There is no response to emails or chat.
