@AirFranceFR is it true there is a baggage problem today? We were told in line that the system was down and checked luggage would not be on our flight to Athens. Is this true? When will it be in Athens? Will you bring it to us?

@AirFranceFR & @KLM a whole week went by over Christmas period where I didn’t have my bag and had to spend additional money to buy essentials that were in my lost bag. Clothes, toiletries etc. As per their policy, I submitted expenses for reimbursement on 26 Dec 2025. (2/3)
