Same thing with black cat, didn’t touch the I frame, invis or whip but took away a dash making her not fun to play while not addressing the problem

Has a mini support ult that also gives an ult charge boost to the rest of the team
Without considering his ult he’s probably low A or high B but his ult just has so much value
