They called me at the chosen time slot and the lady was very nice and helpful. I hope that works for you as well, but I agree that it might be worth trying their 72 hours before flight line, since your flight is too close

I called @WestJet to try and pick another flight option instead of the one they offered me after they cancelled the one I originally bought. After unbelievable 3:30 hours waiting for an attendant to pick up the call, I just gave up. Customer care: you are doing it wrong, WestJet
