It’s been over 21 hours without electricity at my residence (Neogipara, Maheshtala). Despite lodging 3 complaints, including Docket No. 0426147747, there is zero progress. @CESCLimited You charge higher rates but provide worse service than WBSEDCL. Please act immediately.
