@CanRevAgency Bare minimum service level expected by citizens is basic communication. Rewording the email notice, issuing a statement, putting a message on the phone system, there are so many ways the panic could have been de-escalated while respecting privacy. Quite offended by this.

He’d been using Detroit 2 for years, which is favoured by goalies and defencemen, but switched to Quad Zero, which favours elusive players. Interesting stuff. Is there data showing the impact a skate profile change can have?
