@British_Airways @SianiAnni That’s funny because I’m also having an issue and I called the sales team and they told me it’s still down and I’m unable to amend my booking and they can’t put notes to extend wavering the change fee. Not good.
@citysuitesuk shocking customer service. Left on New Year’s Day due to an unresolved issue with noise complaint - people playing dance music all night. Agreed a full refund, now passed from pillar to post when we ring you. Still no manager on site apparently and still no refund.
@premierinn after waiting 3 weeks for any contact under your good night sleep guarantee I have been told that I do not qualify as I didn’t report the incident at the time. This is false. Customer service is absolutely rubbish.
