@airindia@TataCompanies Latest revert “Dear Sir, we regret to note your experience. Rest assured, your feedback is duly noted and shared internally for necessary review to avoid recurrence in future.” 14 hours of torture and all @airindia can do is that they will review. @MoCA_GoI@ncbn@TataCompanies
@airindia@TataCompanies@MoCA_GoI - found you. Problem - bought an expensive ticket, paid extra for an aisle seat on AI186 YVRDEL. On boarding my daughter complaining seat broken, screen not working and no charging. Do we have any rights? Or despite paying thru our noses, will be given the stick. Shame
@airindia Your reply “Dear Sir, thank you for sharing the details. We're highlighting your concern regarding inflight services for internal review and corrective action. This will surely be looked into.” @TataCompanies 14 hours torture should be really valuable learning for you all. Shame
@airindia@CanadianPM - while not a citizen, but this is happening to a legal resident of Canada who files her taxes in Canada. Would you care to ask this den of thieves to explain why they are providing such horrible services on Canadian soil?
@airindia@TataCompanies@ncbn civil aviation is with TDP. The minister doesn’t have a Twitter id listed. please have him improve his presence. And am hoping tagging you will get these lazy airlines executives to do something. Paid through my nose for the ticket and then some more for an aisle seat.
@airindia@airindia - please respond only by public posts. Please let the rest of the world see that elegance and beauty of your templated responses. Such nicely crafted inanities.
@harari_yuval as someone adept at identifying themes and outcomes, what do you see as the most probable outcome of the escalation of conflict in the Middle East? Do you see any chance of peace, ever? Be great if you could do a podcast on what you think lies ahead..
@Hakunam08274279@AskEnvici Hi, follow up question- between Infinia, Magnus Burgundy, Vistara Infinite, HDFC Neu and Citi Premier Miles, which one to use for MCGM property tax payment.
@airindia Guys, could you please tweet the time this flight will now depart? Your colleagues here are saying that they’ve been told to announce 5 pm, but they don’t think the incoming pilot will be here before 7. Remember this was a 1:30 departure…
@airindia travelling to Singapore on AI 394 which was to depart at 1:https://t.co/vLLSbvBSmJ’s 15:21 and there’s no update on when we are to take off. Hearing from staff at counter that pilot isn’t available & a pilot is being arranged from Delhi. This pilot hasn’t taken off yet!
