I want to know how @StandardBankZA has LOST the deed to my parents’ house. Sale went through in January but now can’t be completed because of the bank. Not only does my mom have to deal with the stress of losing her husband but now this too?
@lufthansa My mother did check in with the service counter as soon as she landed in Munich and they just gave her an email address. If you could please follow up with any lost property on the LH579 from JHB to MUC.
@lufthansa my mother accidentally left her neck pillow on the plane that landed in Munich from Johannesburg tonight. Although it’s just a neck pillow, it’s something sentimental as it belonged to my late father and brings my mother a lot of comfort. Please help! #LostProperty

ITV pulling zero punches in this incredible footage - "This landscape of destruction looks otherworldy, but it's not, it's this world - What is happening may come to define one of its darkest eras, one that casts a stain on humanity, which will endure for generations" #Gaza
@Leon_Schreib@HomeAffairsSA@Leon_Schreib@HomeAffairsSA I’ve been waiting 10 months for my surname change to be processed! Most recent update is that they’re waiting for my original birth documents from the archive. Is there no communication between these offices? It should not be this convoluted and long

@HomeAffairsSA@Leon_Schreib I see all that you’re doing but WHY can’t I change my surname using my marriage certificate? Any woman who wanted a double barrel surname can just use their marriage certificate but I’m now allowed to cause of some outdated law? #discrimination
Please help @Leon_Schreib@HomeAffairsSA. I applied for my passport with my new name 21 June 2024 as was told I could and then applied for name change 25 September 2024 hoping that would help speed up passport application.
Still waiting for both applications to be processed!
I should not have to wait 9/10 months and counting to officially change my surname in SA? Nor should I have to wait over ONE YEAR for a passport. It should be an immediate change on the system. This is not service delivery. @Leon_Schreib@HomeAffairsSA
my ultimate sexual fantasy is that i get to lie down in a big cozy bed and take a really long nap (as long as i want) and when i wake up someone has magically handled all the things in my life that are stressing me out
@Our_DA Please tell me why my surname change (a process that is DISCRIMINATORY against both gay and straight men) has not been resolved after 9 months of waiting?
This has a knock on effect as it’s holding up my new passport which I applied for ONE YEAR AGO.

@Leon_Schreib Applied for my passport in my new name 53 weeks ago! Then for a name change to help speed it up. The (unconstitutional) law of men not being able to change surname meant I had to apply to officially change my name. That was 9 months ago! Service delivery for who? @HomeAffairsSA
@Leon_Schreib@CyrilRamaphosa Please help me. I applied for my new passport in my new name in June 2024. Then applied for a name change in September 2024 to try speed up the process. I am still waiting for both!
@Leon_Schreib@HomeAffairsSA 21 June 2025 will be ONE YEAR / 12 months since I applied for my South African passport. Why is this being held up just because I wanted it in my new name???
