@pelin_y06 Both are A x B + 5. The 5 could be fixed or the difference A - B, no way to know from the two examples given.
If fixed, then 35 - 5 = 30.
If difference, then 35 - 2 = 33.

@OCarloLaw Domenech puede ser dueño. Después del cuatrienio puede decir q no le pagaron, q los demandó o transigieron en q le devuelven su participación del negocio y es dueño de nuevo. (Tiene conflicto ahora.) O pueden los otros socios haber acordado venderle su parte de vuelta.
