他自称自己是国企员工，下岗后自己开始做生意，在此期间他发明了一种用于外部局部涂抹型麻醉剂，主要用于各类纹绣店。
他说，这种专利麻醉剂发明出来后，因为有着巨大的利益，被老中的某些部门盯上，于是乎，对他的产品百般刁难，还对他屡次“审讯”。
他感叹老中是对他“不公”，因而走线来到阿美。
但后来被人发现他所谓的专利，主要成分是利卡多因，一种类似舒缓剂的产品，这也并非他独创，淘宝、pdd上就有售，并且不能直接以麻醉剂作为宣传，
同时，许多纹绣店等非正规医疗机构因为无权使用麻醉剂，利卡多因就成了不少此类店家的灰操，就是那种被查处出来就会被严厉处罚、罚款整顿的灰操。因而，他所谓的专利从生产到销售环节就存在着合规问题，老中对他的查处并不存在问题。
说直白点，此人就是一个在老中卖套牌产品的主，被工商禁止销售套牌产品，怀恨在心，开润到美，又对阿美移民局撒谎，说自己在老中受到了“刁难”，以此好拿下庇护卡。
这还没完，网友扒出了更多内容，诸如其人未获得产品生产及销售许可，未通过药监部门的临床试验，即便他手中有所谓“专利”文件，也不能在未经监管部门的合规审查的情况下，开售三无产品。
但其人不认为自身有错，他认为错在老中监管部门“刁难”他。
