Under the guidance of the Chief Minister, we're changing the system of land registration deeds at tehsils and moving towards paperless registration. Haryana will be the first state in the country to do this. On September 29th, the Chief Minister launched it in Babain, Kurukshetra district. Now, after a month of refinement and testing, we're launching it across the state starting November 1st, which is also Haryana Day. This is our effort to alleviate the citizens who previously had to run around tehsils, where they heard about middlemen and brokers, and had to deal with them.
