Do we have any process of Transferring BH series car to Normal Series or reselling BH Car in real time ?
Public Portal /RTO portal not able to do any such action. Its been months I have been enquiring but no response.

@ParivahanSewa @uptransportdept @state_punjab @OfficeOfNG I my finding too much difficulty in selling the BH Registration Car. Nobody in RTO knows has clarity on the process.
Please help me to understand how can i sell my BH series Car in Punjab which is registered in UP.

@allcargogati there is no delivery since 3rd April, delivery person never picks up call tried more than 50 times. Wrong Information is added to system that customer is requesting for reattempt on different date.
I need delivery ASAP, raised a complaint also today.

@OLX_India Previous post was also not free. I already took 3-4 ad packages, in which one of the ad was marked as sold by mistake.
I can afford an additional Ad. But definitely not satisfied with customer experience.

@OLX_India Customer Support is not able to resolve my problem and when asked not connecting to Escalation Point. I never get call back mentioned by Support Agents Named Jayjeet and Payal and they even don't transferred call to manager.
So Rude behaviour by upport staff.

@OLX_India Unskill your tech team then, because reactivate is the basic action for this people will reach out.
Or you can mention, you don't want to reactivate paid post knowingly. So I need to buy it again.

@cars24india Your customer service is rude , arrogant and having the poorest way fo communication.
Give them training on Customer Handling first. Kandhari Gaud whom I mentioned the behaviour, favoured calling staff and responded we will remove your ad from Cars24.
