@JonJxded @MaximzMcdohl @YoMoonskii @OBSProject Could be the case. With OBS being open source bad actors can take the working OBS code, add in all sorts of malicious BS and pay for those Google adds to trick people. The software would still work but it'd infect PCs too.

@YoMoonskii That's what we call a false positive OBS is open source meaning anyone can view the source code (https://t.co/l6gdowBxq3). If they did add malware then the open source community would say something about it.

@celticpal18 @internet_user03 @LukeChudoba If there's no operator between two number it is implied multiplication so the problem in the post is shorthand for 8 ÷ 2 x (2+2)

@shanonvh @internet_user03 @LukeChudoba The parentheses means anything inside them. Since the 2+2 has already been solved you remove the parentheses so it becomes 8/2*4 and then solve that. Division first (8/2 = 4) and finally 4*4 to give you 16.

@creepydotorg Parents should not pay. That's why museums have insurance.

The parents should however take this incodent as an opportunity to teach the child to not touch expensive things, or if it was an accident to be more careful.

The parents should also use this as a lesson.
