I had bought an AC model 1.5T 5S INV ZU18YKY. 223PRJDPRU00132 from a dealer with name “Swagat” area Mughalsarai, chandauli UP 232101.
2-3 months before there was an error showing H 11. For which I contacted customer support and they sent someone to repair it.

They changed motor and condenser and charged me 4000 and didn’t give any bill of whatsoever parts they used. After asking they told we will receive bill on WhatsApp which we didn’t. Now again the AC is showing error 91 F.
