Serious complaint regarding repeated toll overcharging at KMP Expressway (Kundli–Kharkhoda).
I travel daily from Kundli to Kharkhoda and back for work. The applicable toll for my journey is around ₹40, but I have been 1/n

Please also clarify why commuters are being charged ₹285 when the actual journey toll is ₹40.

I request @HSIIDCLtd to investigate the entry/exit logs, FASTag records and CCTV footage, verify manual barrier openings 5/n

The issue appears to occur when, at the entry point, toll staff manually open the barrier without properly recording the FASTag entry. On some occasions, no proper receipt/slip is provided 2/n
