We’re losing the ability to read beyond what is explicitly said. Context, subtext, implication, nuance, tone, these used to be things people naturally considered when interpreting communication. Now everything has to be taken literally and explained in the most explicit terms.
i beg to differ.. ‘99 - ‘05 babies had a TIME in the 2000’s 😭 idkkkk we actually had a childhood playing outside before the social media boom. We seen touch screen phones become a thing, we seen iPhones become the “it girls”, we seen social media evolve into what it is today. We had the BEST era of Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, & CN. like the list goes onnnn 😭 the 2000’s kids really are who we think we are 🤏🏾😮💨
Love island viewers really lack nuance cause I can acknowledge that kc playing in aniya face & still know Bryce and Zach are only airing him out in attempts to weaken the connection cause they view them as strong right next to their couples (their words). Those boys in it to win.
The letters between Sincere and Melanie actually had substance. They talked about their journey and remembered specific details about each other which means their connection wasn’t just surface-level. That’s what makes this entire thing scary bc Sincere is an unbridled demon.
