Place no bar- @vijayshekhar comes from a small town and humble background.

Why Boat is not a sustainable company as per it's DRHP:
85% revenue is from marketplaces Amazon and Flipkart. The marketplaces have created them and they can kill them. This has been acknowledged as a risk.
Boat operates at expense ratio of 10% of net sales which is unrealistic
