@mhakwe1 @RangaMberi e.g interbank is 350 & black market 750 . If OK is selling sweets for $1USD what should be the RTGS price ? Should be 350 right. So what happens? I dont go with my USD to OK because black marker offers me 750 . I go sell my dollar for 750 and come back buy sweets for 350 bond.
