@adithya_s_k@huggingface 12M+ tasks across 102 speech languages is a big deal for low-resource languages. How are you scoring ASR tasks, WER or an LLM judge? That choice changes what the RL signal rewards.
@DhravyaShah Nice, a small model for date-range parsing makes sense over a rules-based parser. How does it handle ambiguous phrases like "last week" or "end of quarter" across locales and timezones? Would love to see the eval.
@rauchg Looking forward to Ship. If there's one thing I hope lands, it's a better story for debugging agent-driven deploys: what changed, and why did it ship? Is that on the roadmap?
When agents write most of your code, version control and review tooling become the bottleneck, not the model. Anthropic going from 2.5k to 30k merges a day is the clearest sign yet. Build your workflow for agent-scale throughput, not human-scale.
@iHarnoorSingh Using the model to investigate the physical device is a practical example of AI helping with security. I'd like to know what the human verification step looked like before the FBI referral.
@sundarpichai Useful that the safety report ships at launch. Which evals changed most from the last model, and how much of the mitigation work is agentic-specific?
@paulg If the buyer is an agent, the sales pitch becomes docs and API quality. Founders might need a great developer experience more than an outgoing cofounder.
@AnthropicAI Going from 2,500 to 30,000 merges a day in four months is the real story. Does review become the bottleneck next, or does the new system change what review means?
Jyoti Sharma, a dental student at Sharda University, died by suicide after alleged humiliation by her teachers Shairy Vashist and Mahendra Chauhan.
“They mentally harassed me. They humiliated me. I have been under stress because of them for a long time. I’m sorry. I can’t live like this anymore. I can’t,” she wrote in her suicide note.
A week ago, she was accused of forging a faculty signature on her assignment, which she denied. Her father met univ officials, who assured him she wouldn’t be targeted. Yet the next day, a teacher mocked her, saying “she is an expert in doing signatures,” and threatened to fail her.
Why teachers can’t remain simply professional: come to class, teach, assess fairly, and move on. If a student genuinely violates a rule, deal with it through proper disciplinary procedures and be done. But this deep-rooted belief in our education system, that shame and fear somehow push students to perform better, is flawed and damaging.
These aren’t hardened criminals to be “reformed” through humiliation; they’re young people at the most vulnerable and defining stage of their lives. Some of them are mentally strong, some are not. What they really need is empathy, support, and constructive guidance. What sort of satisfaction do professors get from belittling and mentally breaking their own students?
Just wrapped up my first tech course – Java DSA with the amazing Alpha Batch at Apna College!
Super thrilled to take these small steps on my journey to becoming a tech “Algorithm wizard”🌐👨💻
