I run a company of 5,000 people.
I have conducted over 500 interviews in my life.
If I had to give you a cheat code for cracking interviews, here is it:
I’m glad I had strict, no nonsense parents.
Turned me into one hard, disciplined person.
May have affected my mental health growing up... but all in all, I appreciate what was put on my plate.
Made me tough for life.
Grateful for everything.
If you’re overthinking about your life/career at 18 or 22...
Your problem isn’t the overthinking.
It’s the lack of action that’s allowing the overthinking.
Get to work.
Actions tire an over active mind.
Keep working, keep learning, keep calm.
