Boarding was done by 10am and we still are on runway, its been 1.5 hours and not sure how long we will have to wait. Worst service by @IndiGo6E horrible experience.

Terrible after sales service from @royaloakin RoyalOak furniture.
First they charge you prior to technician visit and then they share highly priced parts charges. And even for parts replaced there is no warranty.
