Can you imagine working for 1 month for just 5000 ₹ that is (166 rs per day) only that too as an Intern Doctor ?

This is what Medical students of Heritage institute of medical sciences in Varanasi are alleging of getting paid lesser than the amount which is set by the UP govt order !

Intern Doctors of HIMS, Varanasi are on strike regarding this less stipend.
The State Government Regulation is 12000/- per month) but they are not getting paid as per norm and therefore protesting for same

Requesting @CMOfficeUP to take cognisance of this matter .

Intern Doctors of Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi ( @himsmedicine ) on strike from today regarding less stipend. Their stipend is 5000/- per month which is very less than daily wage worker!

Their only demand is to increase stipend at par with State Government Regulation. (12000/- per month)

Requesting @NMC_IND @myogiadityanath @myogioffice @Varanasi_DM to look into this.

@DiptiAdhikari22 @DrDhruvchauhan What they mean , Govt is not recognising their own degree for practice we 've to give NEXT , FMG students can practice in their respective countries but in India they re giving exam , why should we have to give that , then what's the point of doing mbbs in India

@DrDhruvchauhan 2019 batch has to give both UNIVERSITY exams and NExT that is pure waste of time,there is no point to a degree when we aren't able to practice.

NMC is imposing the NEXT exam on the 2019 batch forcefully. In the first 3.5 years of MBBS, students studied as per the old pattern of the exam, and now they are suddenly required to face an entirely new pattern of the exam.
