Launched a new brand. $12k spent so far on product customization and inventory and legal fees. Did a small test 3 months ago with ai to make sure there’s demand, and pulled a trigger.

This time it’s my own brand with 2 of my buddies. Will be documenting the process of building a brand from scratch.

Definitely a new experience for me, since I was only launching and scaling for clients previously, so now I get to feel what they feel when they see the brand losing money at the start. So far, I have a small cbo with 1 ad set and a few creatives. Working on building more pages and creatives and scaling the budget to let it spend more and gain learning.

Sending products to actors too. Excited, I believe it will be a successful one.
