Also this feels way too soon compared to how long the Wii and DSi shops were kept online. Not to mention the cost of running these servers has to be pretty low, especially considering the speed and service issues.

Eventually the novelty of brands acting like people will wear off, but for now we live in a strange transitional time when brands are evolving from a set of logos and trademarks that only communicate via carefully written press releases into organizations that market their (1/4)
