I saw in a reply to someone else saying something along the lines of your spirit is vulnerable or is opened up when on psyches-I can see this at the spiritual level but also one is much more suggestive under shrooms so it’s important the tripsitter-if there is one has a good energy.
I have been doing some follow along breathwork followed by meditation which seems quite helpful.
