@TataMotors These results mean nothing if customers are being used as beta testers of products. Do an analysis of the number of complaints, customers are frustrated, service experience is pathetic. As a tata motors share owner and and a vehicle owner, it is frustrating to see no improvement

@tata_cars @TataMotors This is exactly the problem. Standard replies to any complaint. Read my message, it talks about your service app, TMSC. Get a UI and UX designer and get it tested and you will know how bad that app is. Links don't work, products shows old cars that you don't even sell.
